Mixed Experience. Standards Seem to Have Slipped
dirty wine glasshastily arranged doona
The room was not up to par. I found only one wine glass, and it was visibly dirty. The fridge also had grime, and the bed's doona looked hastily arranged. These issues dampened my stay. It was frustrating. I really didn't feel like calling housekeeping to sort it out.

the room was spacious enough. it suited my needs well. the proximity to the terminals was really convenient for my early flight. i had a peaceful night's sleep before my travels.
i noticed very slight wear on some of the furniture.

access to terminal 2 and 3 is direct. it made getting to my early flight stress-free. the hotel is conveniently located opposite the terminals. this provides easy access.

the location proved convenient for my early flight. i found the check-in process straightforward.
The blinds did not fully block light. This interfered with my sleep. the room service menu seemed overpriced relative to the quality of the dishes delivered. the coffee at the hot buffet breakfast was also notably poor.

The lobby was so lovely, complete with a charming bar and such helpful staff! The room was quite spacious and so quiet. Breakfast was great and check-out was quick.
I did notice the hotel is rather expensive for what it is. I found the service a bit impersonal. I didn't feel particularly valued as a guest.

the rooms were spacious and clean , which was definitely a plus after a long flight.
i was a bit disappointed by the room service. the pizza i ordered tasted like it had been microwaved and the fries were cold. also , i found blue stains in the sink , which wasn't very appealing.
